Currently it is only possible to have InControl Apps on a new vehicle. InControl Apps is selected when the vehicle is ordered, as the hardware is fitted at the factory. Future options are being explored. I have purchased a used Jaguar which has InControl Apps fitted. Am I able to connect my smartphone?

Well for what I've gathered, to access the hidden/diagnostics menus you turn on your satnav and hold your finger at the top of the screen for 5 seconds or more, where you'll then be prompted for a PIN number. So far I've found 660, 661, 662, 9448, 295660 which reveals various diagnostic menus.

If your 2017 Jaguar XF uses an indirect system, the system must be reset using a magnet or scanning tool by either a dealer or one you have bought yourself. Now you should have direct access to the TPMS module. Just disconnect the two wiring connectors and remove the two 10mm nuts holding the module to the floor. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Nov 20, 2017 · After resetting the Battery Management System it WORKED!!! The doors now lock perfectly! This should be no surprise to Jaguar and should not take any longer than 15min to do! I have attached images of some of the modules I reset. If you have this problem after changing the battery or removing it, this will likely be the issue!! Hope this helps.

However the experience of many owners is that is not the case, the BMS resets itself after a few on/off cycles, you don't have to do anything "special".
